Over a 2 week design sprint, I worked with a product strategist to increase MeUndies overall site conversion rate by improving mobile product navigation and streamlining their checkout flow. We also provided agile coaching and design ideation techniques for them to implement post engagement.

By just the first week on the project, MeUndies saw an increase in conversion rates of over 3%. They are continuing to experiment and implement designs.
